Borsalino Grand Prix Qualita Superiore today. Very soft and pliable. I have surface cleaned the liner before, but probably needs a soak so it doesn't look so filthy. Sweatband is stuffed with an Italian newspaper, dating to the mid 1960s. -

Today I wore one of my first felt hats purchased in 2020: a vintage homburg in a dark plum grey, originally sold by Marshall Field and Co. Haven't found any info about the actual hat manufacturer; I assumed Marshall Field was just the stockist. Anyone recognise the crest on the liner? -

THE SUNBODY ASSOCIATION
Got my first SunBody a couple of months ago: the Golden Gus in Mexican fine palm. It provides great shade and is very soft and comfortable. The one qualm I have is that the crown measured an inch lower than it’s supposed to; a shame considering I love tall crowns, but I’ve grown to love it... -
