    Some great news - just got contact to Joseph Lewis. A grandchild of A.G. Lewis. Hopefully this will lead to more contacts - and a volume 2.:) (Edit): Have contact with Mark J R Lewis as well - hopefully this will help me puzzle the picture together of this special person - and great character.
