This is a gorgeous hat Alan, it looks dark navy in pics, i'm assuming its black?,is it 30s....the crown seems fairly high with typically narrow brim.

Hi, just wondered if anyone can ID these Tags labels, they on a 1930s/20s hat.
The duplication tag has the initials "W.H.W", maker i presume?
