This is what I'm wearing today!...Or rather...tomorrow. It's the Melbourne Pen Show, and I'm gonna be dressing up period for my vintage desktop table-exhibit at the Show.
I had originally considered wearing BLACK for the show (it's a pen show, there will be ink, black hides potential stains...
I get lots of compliments. Ranging from "Nice hat, man!" to "It's nice to see someone make the effort to dress up these days" (or words to that effect).
I did ONCE get a bad comment, but it was of such a nature that it would not be suitable to bear repeating here.
Other than that, never.
The shirt went through the washer, then it was simply hung-dry. I never use a tumble-dryer or anything. I only noticed it when I was ironing it. I hope this doesn't damage the chances for removing it. I simply don't know HOW it got there. I can't even begin to guess what it is.
