They're going out while the show is still great, which I respect. I'll miss it, but at least it won't drag out and get silly or boring, or get canceled without a real ending, like Carnaval or Deadwood. That was a heartbreaker. They do seem to be taking a "Sopranos" approach to the last...- frussell

Almost all of these suggestions are right on. The only good photos I've had of my Aero Teamster were outside, in afternoon sunlight, with someone else taking the pix. Much better color representation than indoor lighting. I also agree with the "model" comment. I won't name the site, but...- frussell

Folks who don't think a soft hat can be durable have most likely never had an older, 100% beaver cowboy hat. Nothing takes abuse or cleans up better in my experience. I prefer my westerns almost as soft as fedoras, it's just harder to find them that way. If you're not "holding your mouth... -

Hope this doesn't appear too trollish, but I always wondered. Was Will the one who actually sewed the FQHH labels in the "storse" jackets? Leather jacket length and untucked shirts..
I only tuck my shirt in if I'm going western. Riding a horse in an untucked shirt can be uncomfortable, as a long shirt tail sometimes gets sat on, making it harder to move. Plus, if I'm untucked, who's gonna see my cool hand-tooled (by me) belts, or my vintage buckles? Certainly not me...- frussell

I never used mine, because it was the kind of straight pin that pokes a pretty good hole in a hat, and the post was pretty long, so there was no way it was going to just go through a ribbon and sit right. If it was a side-mount or safety-pin style fixture/clasp that you could mount like the JBS...- frussell

No love from MTV
Tropicalbob - "Bastards of Young," I think was the video. Just a speaker playing the song. Classic. I remember MTV when they only had about 8 songs, and ran "Fish Heads" several times a day. Still 1,000 times better than what they run now. Even most kids I know are too cool for MTV now.
