Panos, Thank you! I failed to mention there is no mention of "Hückel" on the sweatband or liner just the trademark with JHS. The only other examples I have like this are these two JHS "Standard" "Loden" Soft Felts (see below). It could be related to the locations and or time period in post WWI...- mayserwegener

Matt, Thank you! I was surprised I had a Melone from the same unknown Austrian source. There were some large producers in Vienna that only sourced (not branded) Wool and Fur Soft and Stiff Felt Hats and Wool and Fur Felt Stumps / Hoods.- mayserwegener
