    Saison du Buff is really great, but it's something you must drink with food. Intensely herbal and somewhat astringent. Very interesting beer. I had it with some rosemary chicken.

    What drinks to real hot food?

    For Thai food, I usually go with a Belgian farmhouse ale like Saison Dupont. Mexican, usually an IPA or a real American Lager like Brooklyn Lager. Depends on the dish, honestly.
