Thank you for posting here. As I mentioned I am not sure of the time period. I am not familiar with Women's styles. Is there a paper label behind the grosgrain band?
You will find information on S. J. Fraenkel Wien, Ebreichsdorfer Filzhutfabrik on my website...

M. E. Glunz & Cie. possibly 1920s. M. E. Glunz & Cie. was in Strassburg / Strasbourg up to WWI. After WWI the owners relocated to Lindenberg and used Ottmar Reich for production. I found this one back in 2010.
Echter Borsalino " Gatesan" possibly mid to later 1930s. Hard to find these older Echter Borsalino Soft Felts and this one is fantastic. The color is Magano / Mahogany. I found this Soft Felt back in 2010.

Nathan, Very sorry to hear about your illness but I am sure you will recover in the near future and be back to work. I will keep my fingers crossed!
Fantastic Mallory "Dallas" from you today! I enjoy seeing + reading your posts!
Captain Rob, Thanks! I actually posted a closeup of the brim edge treatment prior to seeing your post. :) It's very precise work. There are no technical flaws I can detect with the entire hat.
Mark, Thank you! Mayser was especially good at that ribbon / bow treatment. This hat also has very precise binding work with 3 rows of circular stitching which are hard to see in the photos. Here is a close up photo from 2021.
Mayser "Libelle", possibly mid to later 1950s. This Soft Felt was in NOS and has a "Echter Mayser" Celluloid (just a guess) Label attached to the Sweatband which is the only one I have encountered. Overall this is a fantastic Soft Felt that I found back in 2021.

Nathan, Thanks! It's very light in weight compared to a typical boater. I have another one that is some what similar and has a connection with Ottmar Reich. I will try to remember to wear it later this week.
Ottmar Reich, possibly 1920s. I recently replaced the missing Mother of Pearl Button on the bottom of the Bow. This Stiff Straw Hat is very light in weight. Ottmar Reich started out as Straw Hat Factor in 1938 and added Soft Felt Hat production in 1932. I found this Stiff Straw back in 2016...
J. Hückel´s Söhne Standard "Loden", possibly late 1920s early 1930s. Rauh finish with Curled Brim + blind stitch Over Welt. Also a wide Band with great looking Bow design. This is the most interesting and one of oldest hats from my May 2016 NOS Czech Find.
