New York Color has a nice wax/powder called Browser. I've used it before and I really liked it. We n Wild also has pretty much the same thing called Ultimate Brow Kit. I also think that some more "High End" companies like Smashbox and Chanel have brow kits as well. Have you tried clear mascara? -

good drugstore brand pressed powder?
I've always had good luck with New York Color pressed powder. It runs about two dollars U.S and works (for me at least) better than any Cover Girl or Maybelline ever has. -
