"It's the stuff dreams are made of." Sorry I've been AWOL, awful computer issues with Firefox. Still dealing with it.

    Where for art thou boater?

Well I don't know about you guys but I think boaters are cool! Really cool and they're even cooler when they're found in unique weaves. Sadly most of the unique weaves made for this, already fragile hat, are even more fragile! Well I lucked out with this one. The band is cool, it doesn't look...

    New Furry Partner in Crime

I say he should be named Patsy... or Agador. Actually I love Mr. Charles and with a name like that I wouldn't even call him Charlie, Nick or Nicky. It would always be the formal... Mr. Charles.

    De-Lovely Clothing

Let's also remember that there was a significant difference between 1930's America and 1930's Hollywood. I see simple differences that really give a period feel. As far as non-Hollywoodian vintage... things like the tie being slightly crooked, a handkerchief sticking out more than what would...

    Leather jacket fit

My original Cable Raincoat A2 that I sold to Aero had the highest cut armholes I have ever seen on a jacket. I loved the fit of that jacket. I should have kept it. Oh well.

Weathers been warm break out the lightweights

What is up with this weather? This time last year, in San Diego, it was in the fifties. Right now the sun is strong and the temperature doesn't even justify a long sleeve shirt! Where's my winter? What kind of cap toes are those Nick?

    Casablanca questions

I have a question... If it is very clear that Rick Blaine cannot return to his own country would he still be in possession of a passport? Or would they have taken his passport from him? Also... a plot hole. If Rick Blaine, Major Strasser and Louie were all sitting at the table together...

Optimo Hats - Cigar Aficionado Mag

I must agree. Graham is a master craftsman. And the woman, her name escapes me, that handles the trimming. That girl has an eye for contrast. The combinations she comes up with are nothing short of a work of art.

    The Mechanics of Cigar Smoking

Bet you haven't heard this one before... I own a Motorola V660. It has a screw-off antenna... yep you guessed it. It's the perfect size for my favorite cigar (Arturo Fuente 858 Flor Fina) and works pretty darn well, not to mention it conjures up a decent selection of "shocked faces" around...
