It is indeed. Craig didn't have any info on the hide beyond being 3.5-4 oz cow/steer. They don't have any more of it, and the jacket is a one off. It's got some pull up and gets lighter when scuffed or scratched, but he said he didn't believe it was cxl. Apparently, JL only carries CXL horse.- Entropindigo

Any opinions on the color scheme for these two wallets?
Looks good to me. In my experience, it ought to break in as the spine stretches to accommodate all the bills and cards you stuff it with. Sit on it with it in your back pocket. Excellent choice in color, really striking without being to gaudy!- Entropindigo
