Well Magnoli, We're getting closer with the images of the jacket, but most of the close enough jackets are just not that. Most of them have too modern a cut and the collar is usually leather and all wrong. The collar on this particular jacket is more like a car coat or something similar, the...

In watching The Aviator again there was a jacket that HH wore when he flew his sleek experimental speed plane and then proceeded to crash it into a beet field.
It had the styling of an A-2 (collar and rib-knit waist) but all the button down features of an A-1 piolots jacket. The wrist cuffs &...
That is encouraging. I have a couple of 7 1/8's that neede very little stretching to fit, and one 7 1/4 that needed to stay in the stretcher for a while to fit right. You can never tell from one batch to the next.

How about one of these. It's not vintage 1930's but it's a good modern equivalant.

Hope that this...
He was Austrian, and yes a party member. But not a very good one. Mostly in name & image only in the Fatherland. The true character was only about himself and didn't really care about the Nazi Party. He just wanted the funding from them to go climbing. Well, enough of the useless trivia...

Jean Reno & James Franco are familiar faces anyway. Should be...
Looks like they were having a Joseph Cotten marathon last night. I missed The Third Man but managed to catch the very strange, 'The Abominable Mr. Phibes' with Joseph Cotten & Vincent Price. It's deemed a horror fim but it's so strange it plays off like a comedy. They even had a short roll for...
It looks like Johnny Depp & Tim Burton are teaming up again. This time for Sweeney Todd.

It's going to be a while before it is released, but I'm excited to see Burton on this project. I'll bet it's...
