I guess now I'm a bit confused. The video looks like it could work, but reading the comments it seems like maybe that hat was felt rather than wool, and mine is 100% wool. It's brand new, so it has a stiffener in it and is also pretty rain resistant. I don't have a nice steamer like that, but... -
