found the photo; this is the one my father was 'chuting from and the one he finally bought:
It was back in 1972; during the time when Croatia was part of Yugoslavia and before the Croatian war of independence (1991-1995)
It was the first photo of C47 I found online. He bought the old Yugoslav airplane from 63 Paratrooper Division he was part of; "Black Swan" Dakota C47
It was destroyed in Croatian war later on; this one is his sibling, still standing in front of old underground military airport Zeljava...
