Thanks @MAPip! Yes, it is soft, lightweight and very comfortable. It is definitely a favorite of mine. I usually wear a pinch front but it is great to be able to change the crease based on the mood of the moment :) .

Here‘s a side by side shot of logos...
Discontinued Tracker model with 3 1/4” bound brim and 4” crown. Size tag was folded under the sweatband and seller‘s measurements were off about two sizes — argh! Should be an easy flip though.
1997 O’Farrell with 4 1/2” brim and 6 1/2” open crown. Really like the crease on this one.

Here is a Signature Collection Handcrafted in Colorado hat from 1997 with what looks like a $526 price tag. There is no indication of the quality of the felt but it feels like high content Beaver.
I found a hat online that looks like a twin that is described as 100X Beaver and a ZZ Top...

Quite possibly the dirtiest hat I’ve ever tackled. Some hatters jump through hoops to get this level of distressing! Did I wash away $100s of patina?
I don’t consider myself a hat expert like others in the lounge but IMO the Dobbs is a solid hat that looks good on you and it could be a good everyday type of hat for you.
