Goodwear Ventura Size 40

Despite how much I want to keep this, I don’t wear this as it’s slightly too short for my tastes. Let my loss be your gain.

I don’t think I need to tell this forum much about Goodwear, but this jacket is insane. Perfect pattern, amazingly soft horsehide (I believe it Shinki).

These cost $1500 new and goodwear’s waitlist is now multiple years.

Asking $1k + shipping (from UK) PPFF

I have sold 2 jackets here on the past with positive results

Beautiful jacket but man these measurements are not going to help you. Zip it up, pull it flat and do it over. It will absolutely help your cause.

Shoulder width and sleeve length are confusing and I still can't tell what's the actual ptp. You might want to also include back length.

Here's an example.

That 22in down the back kills it for me, but everyone should keep in mind that John's jackets measure shorter than they wear. This is perfect for @dudewuttheheck or @Will Zach or anyone 5' 8"

I will say, it’s slightly longer at the front, but agreed that it’s not for taller guys (which is why I’m parting with it)

Sadly the p2p is only 20 which is definitely too small. 21.5-22 is my ideal and 21 is my bare minimum. It's a shame because I want this jacket

I think the actual ptp on this jacket is about 21.25 - 21.5

You think so? 3ven the latest measurement looks like 20.25-20.5 at most.

I never know where to start and finish when taking the measurements, but @dudewuttheheck im happy to take some more photos of the p2p if it helps?

You want to stretch it all the way out. It's not seam to seam. It's the edge of the leather to edge of the leather if that makes sense.

Ah I see, here is what I get when fully stretched out and I measure beyond the seams:

To me it seems to be very marginally over 21 inches (about 21.2 to be precise)

The right side is measured properly and measures just short of 10.75"

Double that and you'll get 21.25 total
