How do you manage your leather jacket rotation?

Being in the STILL frigid Northeast, I base my outfit of the day solely on the temperature and Windchill outside. It's a loooooong dog walk in the morning. I need to be snug and warm. As I age my blood seems to be getting thinner. Warmth and comfort are EVERYTHING! Worf

How do you manage your leather jacket rotation?

    1. Am I going black or brown. 2. If black, then black leather, jean or wool with black shoes/boots and head gear. 3. If brown, then anything brown or green in all phases is acceptable jacket, coat or vest wise. I alternate every other day. I never wear either 2 days in a row. Worf

    Master supply co leather jacket

Sheesh! A guy takes a two week break from the jacket/outerwear forum and all hell breaks loose. I'm halfway through and I'm still confused.... somewhat. I won't comment (if ever) until I've read EVERYTHING posted. But in that I buy most of my jackets used or bespoke new I don't know if this...

What "Style" do you WISH you could pull off, but know you can't?

The dog's name is "Ruby". She's a "hand me down" dog. An Aussie Shepard who was being fostered by a woman who had 4 Aussies already and couldn't handle a 5 as she came down with lung cancer 3 or so years ago. So... since I was retired and had always wanted a dog, I guess I was elected. One of...

I'm sending my jacket off to have some work done

For some reason, I waited till I was 65 and retired to get my first dog. Actually she was foisted upon me by and old close friend who couldn't take on another foster. Being retired, I guess it was the right time. Here's Ruby my four legged alarm clock and vacuum cleaner. Worf

Dan Curtis' production of "Bram Stoker's Dracula" - Made for TV in the 70's this 3 hour epic was to be the capstone of Dan Curtis' career. His magnum opus, his King Lear his whatever. Best known for giving us "Dark Shadows" and "The Night Stalker" Curtis somehow convinced the Brits and some...

DEATHS ; Notable Passings; The Thread to Pay Last Respects

Roberta Flack: Like Jerry above, Ms. Flack had a varied and distinctive career and sound. She could do Jazz with some of the best of them, ballads and her duets with the late Donny Hathaway were outstanding. I wasn't a big fan but she was on my radar. Worf

DEATHS ; Notable Passings; The Thread to Pay Last Respects

Jerry (The Ice Man) Butler: If the Beatles, Chuck, James and Aretha were "S" Tier then Jerry was a solid "B". With solid top 10 hits from the 50's to the 80's he proved to be a versatile musician whose distinctive smooth deliveries earned him the moniker "The Ice Man". Small discography off...

The whole idea of anti-Semitism was something dimly heard in the distance until I was bussed from all-Black PS 40 to all-White PS 201 in Flushing. Both schools served NY City Housing Projects but the denizens were completely different. PS 40 was and is still predominantly Black while PS 201 was...
