I haven't posted in this thread for a while. I almost forgot about it! Anyway, this Western custom is on its way to its new home. It sports a tall crown with a Cutter Crease, a 4 1/8 brim with a wide curl and a custom leather hat band that the customer provided. The color is 'Darkest Brown'.

New life for this 3X Resistol. I wanted to do something a little different with this one and make a casual Western with a shorter brim width and a lower open crown height. A Western that doesn't have overwhelming proportions but still a noticeable Western. The open crown height is 5 3/4 inches...

New life for this abused and neglected Borsalino. This is another one that I restored. Reblocked, resized (7 1/4), and restyled from whatever it was before. It was all crushed up when I got it and there was nothing on it except a dried out tattered Borsa sweat. It now sports a 2 5/8 snap brim...
