Damn there are some nice bikes in this thread!
What I cannot get my head around are the owners of multiple bikes.....I can only barely (actually I cant at all) justify the one bike with the limited amount of use it gets vs the cost of insurance and registration etc. I worked out a few years...
The Windward is definitely a slim fit. It does have a fairly thick padded liner though so you might be better looking for a slightly larger pit to pit measurement, like a 22.5 or even 23.
When I sold the 40, I listed the pit to pit as 21.75 inches
The best thing about the windward are the...
I have the ELMC Californian in each colour (don't ask lol) their Windward & a J-100 as well. Clearly I like them. I've actually sold most of my Aeros and all of my Thedi's but kept the Eastmans and "may" get some more.
The quality is at least as good as Aero and Thedi, I like the styling of...
I hit just over 6 years waiting and got fed up. Cancelled my order and I got my deposit back within a day. While John is amazing at making jackets, he clearly isn't very good at logistics management but he also isn't a scammer or thief.

If you just don't like the style or how it sits, return it and move on but honestly, nobody...
I've bought jackets in the past just because I've been curious about them and know that living in Australia, I'd never get to see one first hand out in the wild, let alone try one on!
So I've bought them, checked them out, worn them a few times knowing full well I'd most likely sell them later...
Courtesy of member @KBlake. ELMC Californian walnut. I’ve sized up to a 44 now for a bit more of a relaxed fit with room for a light layer if needed.
Definitely a keeper.
