FYI the shoulder is way more forgiving than you’d expect given the stated measurements. Gotta give that action back it’s due. The ones sold through my shop have shorter sleeves by about 1” across the board. But you could always snag a cheap used standard one from Japan and get the sleeves...

I feel like that tan/golden suede or roughout is the standard but I really love the dark brown you dyed it. Bet it would look good if the whole thing was that color
