Hi Kota B, The liner appears to be from Shorty's. I'm pleasantly surprised to see that they do something besides a Rodeo / Taco brimmed hat. That's all their website shows.
I'm in Norman, but not connected to OU. At some point you need to try Cattleman's for Breakfast, same prices as dinner unfortunately, but Steak n Eggs is pretty dang good. At that time of day, social distancing ain't an issue.
