Going by the sweatband, liner and the size of the button I would say 1980s. The older 1920s thru 1940s caps had either a full or partial leather sweatband and a small 1/2" button on top. Also all of the ones I have had in the past had a company logo on the liner and a small size tag sticker on...

Yes! He does excellent work! I have 3 of his suits. The most recent one is a 3 piece blue chalk stripe suit made from a very nice vintage wool. You can see it on his Instagram account.

The last vintage 1930s 2 piece belted back suit I seen sold for over $900 on Instagram. So I can just imagine how much a 3 piece will run you.
