This weekend began the many events marking the 250th anniversary of the founding of the USA here in the Boston area. First was Paul Revere’s ride, (apologies, @GHT) followed up by a full scale reenactment of the Battle of Lexington, including “the shot heard ‘round the world. Lots of great hats!
