This is my first felt hat that I’ve made. Wool felt to keep cost down in case I screwed it up, blocked on a “Hatshaper” block. Grosgrain sweatband (the “leather”one I bought to put in was terrible) and no lining. The hat band is polyester grosgrain shrunk with a heat gun after tacking to the hat.
