Good day hat folks. Yesterdays "Pour at 4:00pm" at the neighbors dock was enjoyed uner the brim of a Stetson Medalist.

My morning dog soirée was enjoyed wearing a 30's Canadian made Brock. This overwelt brimmed fedora is minty. It does not show the light blue hues of the felt.

I started watering the trees on the property. They are showing stress. I wore a Penny's Marathon. Great minty hat and ribbon treatment.

I still have yard chores and slow grilling pork ribs to complete. Perhaps more hats to come.

Another gorgeous lineup, Stefan! I'm picking the Barbisio as #1, the Borsalino Nutria as #2, and the Mayser as #3. Thanks, as always, for making Sundays so fun!

The Borsalino, yes please.

Hopefully I am taking Tina to Holland next year. As long as her recovery from surgery continues and her surgeon agrees, we will be off to the Andre Rieu concert at The Vrijthof.

Meanwhile my lady was chauffeurred to church in style this morning.
The Susquehana hat topped out today's attire. But as one of the worshippers said, with a smile:
"Nice hat, but you will never upstage that car of your's." Can't really argue with that.
Looking splendid, as always, Robert. And yes, the car IS pretty hard to beat!!

Echter Borsalino "Gatesan" possibly late 1930s early 1940s. The Felt color is "Elio", and the Ribbon color is "G. Assab" (Assab, Eritrea, up 1941 under Italian control) . I believe this is the only "Elio" (Italian Given Name) color here on FL. I also believe I have the only two "Gatesan" model hats here on the FL. The "Gatesan" could have been specifically made for the German market. I found this Soft Felt back in 2012.

Only the Original / Real Borsalino Hat carries the Trademark "Echter Borsalino".

My morning dog soirée was enjoyed while wearing a Dobbs Leisure Light.

I enjoyed sauntering about, drinking coffee under the brim of a Monson. The blue felt turned out to be hard to capture this morning. The overwelt, brim stitching and ribbon treatment on this hat is dynamite.
