How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

I have a locker at the office where I work. I used to hide all the new boots I got there until they were broken in and seemed "old".
Then two years ago my wife applied for a job at the same department as I work. Hiding new stuff the past two years is a struggle.

I’m still waiting for my IPCress Levi’s custom type 3 but have occupied the time with some nice bargain bin type 3’s. Between this Levi’s:

And this Lucky brand suede:

I think I’m doing alright with mall jacket type 3’s. Both are actually much nicer than I anticipated.
I’m sure I’ll wear them but man I’m dying for the IP Cress! Should be any day now.

I do the same thing. and when I get a new jacket with a great new leather smell it’s always bittersweet because I know I won’t be able to wear that around her until the smell has gone down

Ha! Last time I checked my collection was 3 times bigger than hers... and Aldens and Trickers and Crocketts and Carminas are a bit more expensive than Nikes!

I am waiting for my new Plainsman the coming days, I think I will leave it at the bicycle shed just to get rid of the "new" smell.

I have a Langlitz, a Lost Worlds and a Vanson coming in later this month... I usually buy when I need a dopamine shot, apparently my June's been rough..lol.

My fiancée doesn't mind me buying all this stuff we fancy around here... but she earns around the same as me and we keep separate accounts, so it is pretty much a matter of it being my business how I spend my money.. this plus her liking leather jackets too and currently rocking an old Johnson Leathers of mine..

My wife is a shopper too. She couldn’t care less about my wardrobe. But we both buy things and manipulate them to suit our needs and I think tailoring and altering garments is where we find a common interest. New collar is going to be installed on this Lucky and it predictably improves the jacket. Even if the jacket itself is clearly too long for this style. These seem to be cut like the IH tunic length type 3
