How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

My SAS smock has arrived.

I appreciate it's not necessarily the true ethos of heritage outerwear but you could certainly call it militaria.

I would add that it's utterly superb. Brilliant in the ways that an M65 is brilliant - oversized and capacious and utilitarian to a brutal degree.

I fully love it.

I still need to dial in the fit with all the adjustments available, but the great advantage of this sort of thing is that fit doesn't actually matter so much.

It kind of looks like it belonged to a giant. Not without its charms.

I was just recapping my current interests and here what it looks like:

- 1 currently ordered jacket (long term)
- 1 jacket about to be ordered
- 1 jacket in talks

Then there are the list of what I am lusting after:

- 1 for the design (buttons)
- 1 for the type (longer, maybe a trench)
- 1 for the warmth (maybe shearling)
- 1 specifically for riding (thinking about Lewis Leathers)

There are a few others as well, this is getting quite excessive... how about you guys?
Just picked up a HB in brown SH on eBay
Currently on order with Aero is a Hooch Hauler in cordovan CXLHH with fur collar
Also in conversation with Rugged West about a Shinki car coat type thing
Keep dreaming of a Shawl Collar Barnstormer....
G'friend thinks I need help
She's probably right

From Vinted Italy A1 style jacket in russet brown, I like this style and colour, seller said is goatskin and from the 80s and is nicely soft and broken, I have some nice real horn buttons I'm going to put on it, at 35 euro was a bargain

Jansha trading co. I had this exact jacket in suede. Finished side looks great! Not really my style but love the looks of the hide.
These are Elk hide jackets, they have that distinct color and they feel different than deer. I like the age on this one, someone liked it. Often they don't get worn much, people don't like to "stain" them. see them as too delicate, put them up or special occasion wear. This one is ready to wear.

I always assumed Elk hide was very durable, glad someone wore it in
