Oh the joys of Texas weather! Today and tomorrow we are in the 80 degree range.... tomorrow night we dip into 30s.

Ill park the heavier westerns for a couple of days. Stratoliner time for a dog food run this morning

Mid weight rabbit open road style. Good for chasing Gus around the back yard.
Howdy Gus! Bear says hi!

Enjoy him before he eats all your furniture, steals your lunch, discovers the joys of mud, and shreads the skin on your hands lol ( Im on my 4th Lab 2 blacks a chocolate and now a white... Beau, Lucy, Moose, and Bear in that order). No doubt the biggest joys of the last 25 yrs

It's sunny, but chilly, in this part of the world today. I'm wearing my pure beaver Hornskov Walker in natural.

There is something amazing about the Hornskov "natural" beaver felt. I don't know how to describe the colour, other than to say it just looks right, in whatever light. It's not brown, it's not grey. It is just right.

I was rummaging through the hat room, trying to figure out which black hat to wear today to a funeral, when one box fell on my head and out tumbled an old Stetson I haven’t seen in years, and I thought it would do quite nicely.

A thick warm felt perfect for the cold weather.

Condolences

I had the same dilemma today, yet only for sartorial reasons, today just called for a black hat

Thanks. It was a celebration of life for a gentleman who lived to be 99 years old.

That is a pretty smart looking Watson Hat Co fedora too. I am not familiar with that hat maker. I like the tall crown and wide ribbon.
