Max Wiese Berlin, Stolzf. Luxury Velour made for Leineweber Berlin, possibly early to mid 1930s. The steingrau / stone gray close crop Velour is very dense with high gloss. Found this fantastic Velour back in 2017.

Got this in the mail today. A White Label Lee. The felt is similar to an early Stetson 20, but much softer to the touch and very malleable. A 2-3/4" Cavanagh type edged brim and 5-1/2" crown.

I got a package today from Mr. Randall, he did a wonderful job cleaning up and doing a little resto on my No. 1 Quality Stetson. I'm super happy with how it turned out!

Old Borsa bows are sewn on very flat and nicely done. A large part of that has to do with the high quality ribbon they used.

I wasn't really looking for another Derby to add to my collection but then I found this Stetson Excellent Quality Feather Weight for next to nothing so I couldn't resist. The stamp on the sweatband refers to Panama Pacific International Exposition which was held in 1915 so I feel lucky to have found it.

Really like that color. From the photos, it reminds me of the heartwood from a plank of Eastern Red Cedar. Beauty!
