this might seem like a noob question but since the learning curve on this website is exorbitant, how do you add a photo as in upload one from your comp?

In the web browser interface I link photos that have been uploaded and stored on a separate host (like Flickr.com) and click on the image icon above the posting window to paste in the link URL. It is much easier to upload images from my phone via the Tapatalk app.
